Join The Mountain Goat on Sunday, June 15th for a community run and presentation with Patagonia trail running ambassador Krissy Moehl. We have a great out and back 5k planned on Manchester’s Historic Marble Rail Trail. Our run will conclude back at The Mountain Goat where we’ll cool down, enjoy some light refreshments, and tune into Krissy’s presentation “Aging Athlete: Awareness of Mind & Body Changes Over Time.” All ages and abilities are welcome and encouraged to join.
