As everyone in the North East gears up for Super Bowl XLVI, we here at the mountain goat are also anticipating the return of the more wintry weather that this weekend is promising in one way or another. That being said, things up at the ski mountains, and in the northerly parts of the state are actually not bad at the moment anyway, far from the worst we've seen. Ironically it's beautiful weather to get out for some cold weather running or cycling, sunny and not too cold, with dry pavement. Be wary of some of the trails around the equinox area though, because at the moment they are akin to an ice luge, but stick to the roads or less traveled ways and you'll have a ball!
