Well ever since some time way back in March we've been getting spurts of spring and summery weather, and oddly enough that has continued well into May now, with the temperature flip flopping from 30 or 40 degrees into the 60s or 70s the next day. Quite strange, but not too uncommon round these parts, hence the saying "If you don't like the weather in Vermont just wait five minutes". I guess it doesn't want anyone to get complacent or bored, keeps you on your toes. To be prepared for such events takes some thought. A nice light waterproof shell and something not too heavy to throw underneath for warmth should the weather be a little chillier, though a good softshell could replace both unless it is actually raining. For the more active, shoewise, a waterproof trail runner will be sure to suffice in case things get a little wet, especially with the dewy grass in the morning or even in the case of some snow, which doesnt seem to be out of the question either. Should you have any questions or queries we would be more than happy to lend advice on footwear or outerwear. We also love to see people enjoying the great outdoors and would be more than happy to recommend a nice hike, run or camping trip. Please come and see us for any of your needs,

-Riley
